IMPORTANT OBJECTIVES FOR THE FUTURE:
It seems to be very low in citizen services and public are facing problem in getting certificates like Ration Card, Birth/Dead, income, DL, LL, SC/ST/PRC/Dependent  etc. and there seems to be a lot of backdoor in branches of govt department. We are hoping for better citizen services for all and every certificates/ services provided in the District to be computerized so that public can easily get their certificates/ service without much delay. So introduction of Public Facilitation Centre (PFC) with the computerization of all the certificates in the district is required from District Admin so that public can get certicates/services through PFC only without going through various branches in DC office & Departments in the District.

THINGS THAT CAN IMPROVE PERFORMANCE IN CURRENT POSITION:
I have two things to improve performance in current position

  1.  Broadband Network up to remote villages through SWA N/RailTel/PGCIL/BSNL can improve further e-governance in the District.
  2. To depute another officer/colleague to increase performance and share responsibilities. It is very difficult to monitor various tasks like gathering information, software development with documentation and day to day official activities by a single person
