অসমের মাননীয় রাজ্যপাল "রাজ্যপাল অসমের প্রতিভা প্রোৎসাহন যোজনা" প্রবর্তন করেছেন, যা প্রতিভাবান তরুণদের প্রতিপালন করে তাদের অপরিহায্র্য ইউপিএসসি সিভিল সার্ভিস পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হওয়ার আকাঙ্ক্ষা পূরণ করতে এবং "বিকশিত ভারত" এর দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি বাস্তবায়নে তাদের হাত বাড়াতে সক্ষম করবে।

Hon'ble Governor of Assam has launched Governor Assam's Pratibha Protsahan Yojana for nurturing of talented youths to full their aspirations of clearing the Coveted UPSC Civil Services Examination & empowering them to lend their hands in realising the vision of "Viksit Bharat".
